Edit: I realized shipping was too complicated so I made a calculator for it. Sorry about the confusion!
I apologize that shipping is complicated, Big Cartel doesn't have an option to set shipping prices based on weight, so I have to do this manually to make sure customers aren't undercharged or overcharged for shipping fees.
I ship every Thursdays. I ship from Indonesia. So it could get expensive if you're on the other side of the globe like North America.
Shipping could take between 1 week to 3 months! Shipping to North America and Europe average between 1-2 weeks, to Asia and Australia average between 5-7 days, it might take longer anywhere else, but usually averages between 1-3 weeks. If you don't receive it after 1 month, email to check with me. After 3 months, I can replace or refund your order. Check my refund policy page for details.
:::SHIPPING GUIDELINES:::
When you check out, there will be three options for shipping fees.
first one is for orders with 4 or less items
second one is for orders with 5-8 items
third one is for orders with 9 or more items
This is mainly for heavier items like keychains, pins, and standees.
HOWEVER,
If you're ordering prints or sticker packs, for shipping calculation purposes, I'll consider 3 of these items as 1 item. So each sticker pack or prints counts as 1/3 item.
THE FORMULA:
Total item = keychain(s) + standee(s) + pin(s) + ( ( sticker pack(s) + print(s) ) ÷ 3 )
EXAMPLES
- Case 1: You're ordering 1 standee, 1 keychain, and 3 sticker packs. There are a total of 5 items in your cart. But since three of those items are sticker packs, they will be consolidated as one. So now you have 2 items + 1 item. Your order will be considered for orders with 4 or less items. Choose this shipping option when you check out!
- Case 2: You're ordering 4 sticker packs and 2 prints. There are total of 6 items in your cart. We are consolidating four of your sticker packs and two of your prints into two items. So now you have 2 items. Your order will be considered for orders with 4 or less items. Choose this shipping option when you check out!
- Case 3: You're ordering 2 keychains, 3 prints, and 4 sticker packs. There are total of 8 items in your cart. We are consolidating four of your sticker packs and three of your prints into two, but there's one sticker pack left, that'll be considered as another item. So now you have 2 items + 2 items + 1 item. Your order will be considered for orders with 5-8 items. Choose this shipping option when you check out!
Additionally, there is a fourth shipping option! This will be a standard mail, sent using stamps. Please note that this option is ONLY available if you're ordering up to TWO sticker packs, and that I'm NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or damaged packages. You can't get any form of refund if you choose this shipping option. So far I haven't lost any mails I sent by regular mailing. If you don't feel like paying twice the price of your order for shipping and acknowledge the risk, you can choose this much cheaper shipping option.
