Refund Policies

My refund policies only apply to shipment with tracking numbers. If you chose a regular mailing option, you can't get any refund or replacement.

Lost order

I can give you a full refund if your order gets lost in the mailing process. This will be recorded in the tracking details. For example if your order gets sent to the wrong country and not getting rerouted, or lost and haven't had any tracking updates for more than 2-3 months. For cases like this I can give you a full refund or a replacement sent (as long as there are stocks left). However, delivered and stolen packages have different policies, read below for more details.

Damaged Products

If some or all items in your order got damaged, there are three options you can choose: full refund, partial refund, or replacement (as long as there are stocks left). If all of the products get heavily damaged, I can give you full refund of your order. If some of them get damaged, but some are fine and you want to keep them, I can give you refund of only the damaged item. If the items you ordered get less noticable damages (a noticeable scratch, slight wrinkle on a print, etc) and you want to keep them, I can give you partial refund, like a discount depending on how bad the damage is. You can request for replacements if there are stocks left.

NOTE: Please note that you can only claim damaged products if you send me pictures of the package and the damaged products. I cannot accept refund or replacement request for damaged products if you don't have pictures of the damaged items.

Stolen packages

I cannot refund you on stolen packages. If the tracking details state that your order has been delivered to the correct destination, but your package got stolen or displaced, I can't give you refund for it. I'm a small business owner and that is something I yet can't account for. What you can do to prevent stolen packages is to ask your mail delivery service to hide it somewhere by your door, so it's not too visible for people who walk past your house. Or tell them you'd rather pick your package up from the post office yourself.

Wrong address, Ignored Package, and No Recipient for Delivery

If your order gets lost or returned because the address you submitted on check-out is wrong/incomplete, there is no recipient when the package arrived, and there is no response after multiple delivery attempts, I cannot fully refund your order. Sometimes when a delivery attempt is made and there is no recipient, they will leave a note saying when they're gonna attempt delivery again or if you'd need to pick it up from the post office. When there is no response after a while, they might either toss the package or return it to the sender. If I receive the order's return and the items are in good condition, I can refund you for the price of the products you ordered. I cannot refund the shipping fees you paid. If the the items in the returned package is damaged, I won't be able to refund said products.

Returns

I don't accept returns unless it's damaged (refer to damaged products section above if this is your reason). I am a small business owner and I don't have enough resource and revenue to accept returns for other reasons than damaged goods. I try my best to take good pictures and add details about the products I'm selling so you know what you're getting. If you'd like to return your order because you change your mind or you don't want them anymore, I can't accept the return. I apologize for this.
